We need more statuses for bugs:
"Can't reproduce", "Not a bug"

Also need a "Duplicate" status. I'm not sure if "Completed" is sufficient - if someone raises a Bug and it requires no work, then it's not really "Completed" or "Declined". Maybe "Closed" is a good alternative?

We would like this too! Specifically, we would like an "On Hold" status for requests that we want to re-visit in six months after other things settle out.
