voting limit

Are you automatically limiting the voting to 1 per login per topic? If so, great.

I set a limit of 2 and I think it means everyone can only vote twice on ALL topics, which is not really what I want. 

I want users to vote on as many topics as they would like, but only once per topic.

Is that how it works automaticaly so that I don't have to set a voting limit?
