Text editor bugs (description field)

We experience several editor related bugs. Here is a list:

* Sometimes text disappear when you press send.

* The editor sometimes get stuck in a strange state and everything is resizing/flashing. This happens almost every time

* Switching between html-mode and regular mode sometimes change the text in for example code-blocks.

Let us know if we can be of any help finding reproducible cases.

The web-browers I'm using is chrome version 19.0.1084.56

  • Fixed removing empty tags.
  • Fixed problem with unpredictable text removing.
  • Fixed autoresize issue.
  • Improved cleanup code on paste.
  • Fixed: IE code lowercase problem.
  • Fixed: set height after fullscreen.
  • Fixed: shift+enter shortcut (Chrome).
  • Fixed: insert link without focus.
  • Resolved: toolbar z-index problem.

Editor flicker is not fixed. I see it all the time in the "Submit new feedback" box, "Update feedback status" box, and in fact, I'm seeing it right now as I'm typing this. 
I'm not sure if it's the same bug but what I'm seeing is the height of the editor box changing momentarily, causing everything below it to suddenly shift up then shift down again immediately.

We applied next update to the editor.
  • Improved: correction autoresize function
  • Improved: paste cleanup html.
  • Fixed: IE8-9 focus issue.
