We have had one of our clients specifically request that the notification email sent for a new comment also include the topic title. The current notification email for comments does not include the topic title, so it is hard to tell what topic the comment is related to. Can you please either (a) add the topic title to the notification email for comments or (b) allow admins the ability to customize the emails (using placeholders)?
All notifications for topic (new topic, new comment in topic, status changed, etc) has the same subject - topic header. Usually it groups to one thread (for example in gmail) and you can see all changes for current potic in one thread. It is very helpful for us. Is it works for you?
Also email about comment has test that it comment for current topic.

I agree that having the topic title/header in the email subject is good. When the new comment email is open, it would be helpful to also have the topic header in the body of the email so the information is all in one place. As shown in your screenshot, the new comment (bottom email) can be visually far away from the topic header (several emails up in the thread). Perhaps the line in the email body where it says:
New comment has been posted by RaMMicHaeL.
You could simply add the topic header:
New comment has been posted by RaMMicHael to topic Ctrl+Y (Redo) doesn't work
That would make it much easier to visually find the topic header when looking at any of the emails.
1) customize footer for email message
2) and from field
