Is it possible to manage multiple projects from a single UserEcho account?

It is important that the users of our web applications not view each others feedback sites, since the companies that our users are affiliated with compete with each other in the marketplace.

Does UserEcho support this capability in some way? Possibly by allowing multiple "projects" to be accessed and managed from one UserEcho account?

You can create as many accounts as you want

It will has dedicated access urls like
project1.userecho.com
project2.userecho.com
or any url if you use paid plan

it is possible to manage many projects, from one account just switch to needed project at the top user panel

Also projects will be displayed at your user profile

But if you really need we can create some kind of isolation and provide option, like don't display project in my user profile, or display only related project when user come from it

also even more simple solution that already exists just register separated users to manage projects

Is this still possible? I have just tried to add 2 projects but I don't see any ability to swap between the two of them.

Just open subdomain1.userecho.com or subdomain2.userecho.com the same is for an agent interface

subdomain1.userecho.com/agent

You can create bookmarks or tabs in browser for fast switching between each other
