Ability to Turn Off the RTE
The RTE is good... but might be confusing for some users... is there an ability to turn it off? Thanks. :)

We consider to add option in project settings.
At this moment RTE auto detect user environment and auto turn offs if it not supported by it, for example UserEcho displays simple textarea on iPhone and iPad
