Widget works wrong in Internet Explorer 7 and 8
There is no "close" button in the top right corner of widget in IE7 and IE8.

in our site we have the following incidence with the widget, and I have even observed that same thing is happening to Konsileri CRM Admin's site, who posted the previous comment several days ago: the homepage downloads correctly and shows the widget with no incidence, but after surfing through other pages in the site (for no reason we don't have the widget on them, but just in the homepage), when returning back to the homepage it downloads but the navigator notifies the following error, and the widget doesn't download:
Mensaje: 'document.getElementsByTagName(...).0.firstChild' null or not an object

You must place widget insertion code just before closing </body> tag
In that case error not appears.
