Import users from file
For our private community we want to invite a bunch of users for which we already have a username and a password.
So it would be nice if there was a way to import users from a *.csv file which automatically sends them a link with their username and password.

File must contain at least following fields.
1) Email, Name, Login, Password
We will register each user, grant him access to requested forum and send invitation email.
