Widget can submit only once

When my user clicks on the Feedback tab, they get widget. Then they can submit new feedback after which they see a small confirmation screen. This is all good. The user closes the widget.

Later, the user wants to submit some new feedback... but on clicking the Feedback tab again, they still just see the small confirmation screen and cannot return to the search/feedback form again. The only option is to reload the page.

I think that re-showing the same confirmation is ok, but it should have a clear link saying something like 'search again'.
