The external IM client functionality doesn't seem to be working.
I've been trying with Pidgin, PSI and Pandion.
The error occuring says: "Details: Authentication error: Not Authorized".
Are there any settings I might be overlooking?
Check following screenshot, you need put 1.admin.3553@userecho.com to the XMPP Address field.
