Pivotal tracker integration doesn't work with private forums

Currently, if you try to get the URL for pivotal tracker integration for a site with only private forums, nothing shows up in the XML export.  It would be good if we could get a URL (maybe with a random nonce) that would allow pivotal to have access to our private forum.
