Can't link to the ticket from my "Feedback" page
When I log into UserEcho, and go to check my tickets (by clicking on Feedback in the right hand side under My activity) I see my tickets. However, when I click on any of them I am simply taken to the home page?

Also, as I was going in to get an update my last ticket 116408, can you give me an update on this. I am currently unable to change the status of any tickets in my help desk.
