How to remove Helpdesk forum?
We would like to limit, disable, and or delete the Helpdesk forum since we want all questions to be public. How can we do this? I spent a few minutes trying to figure it out but had no luck.

I would like my Helpdesk forum disabled. I am not interested in using this feature. I would like to have two separate forums where people can submit ideas.

The Helpdesk forum is using for receive the private messages from your users.
Users don't see this forum in right panel (only admins are able to see it)
Your users see only text "Or leave us a private message"
Do you really want to delete this forum and link?
