Thanks for your response , we are interested on this tool. but still we want some more details clearly . I will explain where we are going to use this , you can suggest on the login part .
We have one web procuct, different customers are using right now , we are expecting some tool to get customer feedback and ideas ( Userecho is meet our expectations) it will help us to understand the customer thoughts about our product .
Case 1 :
We are planning to create on link in our application for Userecho . Once customer login in to our system and click
the UserEcho link , system should automatically authenticate and enter into UserEcho.
Could you please explain how we can achieve this ?
Could you please tell me Usercho is Cloud Based or we will install it in our local server ?

1. What programming language is your site/application use? Find out example on your programming language on this page https://prabhu.userecho.com/settings/features/sso/
Then use this code to generate SSO TOKEN with information about your authenticated user and pass it in the link to UserEcho.
We will read this token and authenticate this user as on your website.
2. UserEcho is a SaaS (Software as a Service). You cannot install it to your local server. We host it on our servers and provide you complete service.
Usually we do not provide any demo.
