Does User Echo allow custom domain names
It needs to be domain.com/Support not userecho.domain.com .....
Open private support ticket. Include your project alias & custom domain name in, we will check what will cause your issue and advice how to fix it.

Hello! Does example 3 include .net, .org, .se, and things like that, or is it only .com?
Yes any kind of valid domain name supported.
