Does User Echo allow custom domain names

Do we have to use a subdomain with user echo?

It needs to be domain.com/Support not userecho.domain.com .....

At this moment UserEcho supports three kinds of domains.

1) yourcompany.userecho.com
2) anyname.yourcompany.com
3) yourdomain.com

Yes any kind of valid domain name supported.
