It would be nice to have a template email I can send out to multiple users within my own company (not as staff - as end users).

Currently I can email them all indirectly from the privacy page but this could potentially be disregarded as external email.

We planned to add personal messaging system to UserEcho soon.

Users be able to leave personal messages to each other.

Admins will have ability to send broadcast messages, for example for all forum users or all selected feedback subscribers.

Is this fit your requirements or you need ability to send mass emails?

My bad, I wasn't explicit enough. Basically what I'm after is the ability to email all of my users with a link to create their accounts. At the moment, I can send emails to individual users from your system, but if I had a template to send I could make use of my Outlook groups instead.

Meanwhile you can send invitations to email addresses separated by commas and then the system will automatically make a mass-mailing

Or send us info@userecho.com csv file with a list of users and we will send invitations
