Internet Explorer 8 problem
The Description field using Internet Explorer 8 is not functioning. The toolbar is missing and the text area is not editable?

We applied updates, now it's must works correctly in IE8 can you check it.

I am working with your tool and ran into the same problem, the UserEcho does not work on IE8 and IE9.
What kind of problem you have seen? We are testing IE, this comment written from IE8.
Ok My bad. I changed the Categories settings to force without having any category created. It's now working.

May be you can see some JS errors in lower left part of the IE Statusbar?
Try press CTRL+F5 and try to submit again.
I tried refresh (CTRL+F5) without luck. I have no JS error showing

Toolbar is visible but when I click Add feedback it doesn't submit?

My corporation is using IE 8.0.6001.18702. Compatibility is unchecked. Here's a screenshot of what I get from your site.
