updated design tab form design, it's now more compact and also redesigned layout of image loading inputs controls
Fixed blocks that display alerts about feature and it's service plan availaility

The Agent Interface does not appear to be using the favicon of the Project.
This obviously isn't a major issue, but since the UserEcho Help pages and my Project's Agent Interface (And Project Settings) pages have the same "UE" pink favicon, I can't distinguish these two tabs in my browser or bookmarks.
