language selector, suggestion
Bring it to the top. Just beside login. Or better, ask the browser for the users language and switch to the provided language. At the bottom the toggler is not placed much comfortable.

Language selector is rarely used by most of users. Because we already use user cookies and language selector & user location for french and russian users to set default language

My German browser seems to be funny. FF starts with English all the time. I use to delete cookies once or twice a day.
IBM as well has fixed the language toggler in the upper right area. It seems to be important.
