Improve links on "Our team" page

Currently, all the user-pictures on "Our team" page seems to be clickable as their user-names (mouse cursor changing to a hand).

But only clicking the user-name works.

Could a direct click on the picture do the same as clicking on the user-name?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

By the way, the same improvement would be welcome everywhere you can hover the profile image of a user, it could link to the same page as clicking on his name text.
