I would like to delete the option of sending a private message in my forum. It´s is possible? If it´s yes, how can I do it?

Yes, I mean to remove that link to leave private messages from users to helpdesk section.
The reason to want to remove that link it´s that we have realized it´s very easy from users to leave a private message, but it´s very difficult for them to access to his private messages (and consequently, to the answers to them). To access to his private messages they have to clic in his user number, and them in private messages. Is there any way for them to access to their private messages? In consequently, the leave us private messages, but them they don´t know to access to them, so we have decided it´s best not to show the link to leave us private messages.

I have sent you some private messages last weeks and I didn´t receive email with answer and link to it on the helpdesk section. For that reason, I ask you to switch off option to leave private messages to helpdesk section for my project. Could you tell me why I didn´t receive the email with the answer? Because if user receives the email with answer and link to it probably we don´t want to swich off option to leave private messages.

We investigated issue and return helpdesk forum for your account, now all users with confirmed email will receive notifications

Hello again, Sergey. The image above is broken, so I'm not sure if this helps me solve my problem. I've turned off private messages everywhere I can find the control, but I can't turn this off; how do I get rid of this?

This message form is a message to your Helpdesk. If you do not want to use Helpdesk at all just turn it off and it could disappear.
