Chat - automated salutation to visitor

It would be very useful to have the chat system set an automated salutation sentence, in order to keep the visitor attended while the system assigns operator and this operator notices the entrance of the message.

I'd really like to be able to use this to ask for a users email address (when they're not registered), in situations where the user has triggered the interaction especially. (e.g. when clicking livechat button on http://zoetrope.io/contact)

Hi all, at this moment chat has auto salutation for new incoming requests and also has setting that allow to get username and email from anonymous users
