Attach logs as zip file

Hi, is it possible to attach a zip file to a request?  Our software allows for generation of a log locally on the machine that users can provide to aid with troubleshooting.  We need this in place for the system to be usable for bug reporting.

Thank you.  However, the upload dialog box doesn't work with FF - the box works with IE, but file upload does not work.

We checked with Latest Chrome,Safari,FF
and IE9,IE8 all works.
Need more info to reproduce issue. Can you give us screencast?

When I use Firefox, there is no popup that would allow me to select a file for upload.  The "attach" link seems dead.

on IE, it's different story.  When I click on "attach", i get the popup and it works for office docs, pdf, etc.  But it won't take a Zip file (I tried a very small one and 4.5MB log package) - it lets me select it, but never makes it available in the list of available files (below)

We slightly update our upload module, now users will see progress. Also we increased per file limit to 20MB each. All should works now. Check it.

 works great on IE and Chrome.  I still see the same issue on Firefox.  No upload popup...please advise...

We have checked in FF 15.0.1. Everything works fine. The problem still present? What is your version of Firefox?
