404 after entering feedback

After entering a new feedback item at http://feedback.textasticapp.com, I get redirected to a page like http://feedback.textasticapp.com/feedback/44385-/ which shows a "404 Page not found".

This is really not good and I'd appreciate it if you could fix this soon as people will think that they can't enter new feedback. I have also already had duplicate feedbacks entered by customers because of that.
