Sometimes "Post" ---> "Saving" ----> "Post"

On some computers when I make a new post, or my friend does she says she clicks Post, it acts like it will post by saying "Saving" but then turns green again and says post. She has to refresh page 3 times before it works. Happens 3/10 times. Not very often, but a fix would be nice.
