Need help - we lost our admin access for the site http://feedback.kaltura.com/ and can no longer view payment information.

Hi,

I need help... The person who used to run the feedback forum for us left the company so I removed him from the admin list, after making sure I have all the permissions myself, but for some reason now I cannot view the payment tab in my account and no one in our company has access to it. Please help,
