Can we disable user registration / posting?
Is it possible that our customers do not get the option to login or post to forum? Only we agents post.

Open your forum privacy settings:
https://wdfapp.userecho.com/settings/feedback/41019/privacy/
Set privacy mode to Private and the check Allow all users to view content,
then only user agents will able to post topics, user will able to see it.

Really appreciate the quick reply, it almosts does what was needed but still https://wdfapp.userecho.com/ shows a Sign In Link on top right. And also 'Add a new one' button, & 'Or leave us a private message', Can we disable them as well?

Do you plan to use our Helpdesk & Email ticketing feature?If not just torn off it here and "Or leave us a private message" link will disappear.

Also you can hide link in settings,https://wdfapp.userecho.com/settings/feedback/41019/customisation/
Move mouse over this link, then click on the cog button and uncheck "Show link for private message"
Well, awesome support mate. I hid it and I think you have removed SignUp buttons as well. That almost does it. Only very minor glitch is about the 'Add a new one' button, which I have renamed to 'Search' - which is fine workaround for me. If you easily remove it too, then please do it as well.
