You don't have any copyright of my content automatically. Thatfore you should substitute "Copyright © 2010 UserEcho" with

" Copyright © <year of community setup> <name of the community or (more comfortable) name to be written into a new field in settings>

That would have a much more better look in the eyes of your customers.
