Copies of invoices

How do we get a proper copy of the invoices we pay to UE.  In the current plain text email we get sent as payment confirmation is not enough for us to use in our country, do you provide a better confirmation of payment for our subscription like all your details, company name and address, what the invoice is for, and showing currency, do you have a better invoice format or information we can download or get sent each month?
