Lighthouse integration

It would be cool if I could send requests manually (or automatically, with a specific tag attached to it) to lighthouse, and also send it back from lighthouse when ticket got closed (so it sets completed status on UserEcho)

we plan some issu tracking features to UserEcho but also we check possibility to integrate with Lighthouse and then consider to add it
