Automatically move completed stories

We've just completed a release which dealt with a lot of the suggestions we'd had. It would be cool if my users would only see 'outstanding' items when they log in - if this is via a view, fine, but it would need to be a default view as many of them won't use the site sufficiently to understand how to change views.
