Printing Problems

I have tried all the suggestions on your FAQ section.  I can not get this to line up with the Pre-Printed Form.  I have the new verson of Adobe Reader, and have made changes when printing.  I would like to contact the company, but do not see a way to do this.  Yes if this can't be taken care of I would like my money back.
