How admins can send a private message to users?

Private messages from a user to the admin are easy to send with the dedicated button under the new topic field. Then the admin can answer (privately) this private topic.

But how can an admin directly start a private message to a registered user?
I must have missed something but I don't find the way to to this.

Hi Ryann,
We have no internal messages between users (or admin -> users).
If you want to send him message you are able to see his email (as admin).

Hi, thanks for the answer.
But it's a pity that a user can "start" a private topic to communicate with the admin, but the admin can't.
The problem with using the personal e-mail of the user are:
  1. you go "outside" the UserEcho platform, with an e-mail on another platform (in other words you change contexts).
  2. moreover, you are then forced to show an e-mail address to the user whereas all was made with the UserEcho feedback platform not to supply a direct mail address.
I'll pray for the idea of the 3rd "Admin action" to come one day in UserEcho ;-) ;-)

Hello Ryann,

Actually now support agent can create a ticket in the Helpdesk, then add the user as a collaborator.

Hello,
If this function is not yet available, or is available from another place, a new action in the "Admin Actions" available from the user profile page would be useful and welcome to this end:

=> "Send private message" could be added (to the existing "Block user" and "Delete account")
