At this moment you can modify mail footer for all notifications, here
https://codeatelier.userecho.com/settings/features/notification/?lang=en

Also provide us with current text and text that you want.
This help us with progress about adding more flexible settings for mail notifications.

I've already found this but this won't help us. There are several email notifications we don't want at all. It would be nice, if there would be a way (e.g. toggles) to turn them on/off. I'm not sure weather we can use UserEcho if we can't modify the notifications :( And this would be such a pity since I like UserEcho very much and I'd prefer it to many of the other systems I tested. Do you think, that you might implement this feature in the (near) future? Thank you by the way for your quick reply!

Just give us details.
1) Which notifications you want to turn off
2) Text for your helpdesk auto-response message.

We will consider about adding personal setup for your account.
To save time.

Then we will consider how to improve mail notifications settings interface, so project admins will able to manage this settings.

1) It's hard to find a perfect answer for that since I can't find an overview over all of the notifications. But for example we don't want to notify the user via e-mail that he just created a ticket.
2) This is also hard to answer, because I guess that there are several notifications...
