Helpdesk Forum Access
Why is the HelpDesk forum only available to project administrators? Suppose I want to assign a private helpdesk ticket to a staff member. There is no way of doing this without making that staff member a project administrator. Wouldn't it make more sense to create a new security role that specified whether a staff member has access to the helpdesk forum?
