More info on plan tiers

I've noticed during my first Trial usage that there are some features available only on the "Base" plan, and others on "Base+" plan. But I couldn't find any info on those plan differences - such as feature sets and pricing - on the Payment page or the public facing UserEcho website.
Could you give me some direction on this matter? Thanks!

Igor, Could you provide you project alias?
If you have been registered year ago you can be on old plans. If you are new client you will have one plan only.
If want to be updated to the Universal plan let as know.

Also check this link that we pointed on the screenshot it will open list of all features, basically Universal plan includes all of them.

I tried replying the email but I've noticed replies aren't added to the support thread, so... repeating:

I've just created the project, it's a new one. I was refering to notes under a bunch of features, such as voting limits. They still cite "base" and "base+" plans. They public facing pages are easy to understand, but when we see confliciting notices in the Trial period like these... It's confusing.

I've got the paid features now, but I strongly suggest you to update the help texts in the product settings to reflect those plan changes :)

BTW, this seems like a bug?
A reply there went just fine by email, but the one here didn't come through. I've replied both in the same way, using my Gmail Android app.
