Separate page for a private message form

For now the only way to write a private feedback is the modal dialog/form powered by java script. The problem is that in many cases visitors of my site can't realize how to leave a private feedback as the corresponding link on widget is not that visible.

A solution would be to create on my website a link - CONTACT US - pointing to the UserEcho's form for private messages. But is is impossible for now due to implementation.

You can use http://meta.100efforts.com/?show_feedback_form_private=true to activate private suggestion popup.
