Parse custom parameters with widget
I would like to parse custom parameters with the widget. Like a userid, so we know which user is contacting us.
How do I do this?

Actually SSO is the best way for you and your users.

Hmm.. All I want is to parse the userid we can use to load information about the user from our own database. I am not even sure I can get this functionality with SSO.

You could use SSO to authenticate your users.
