Add auto-complete and search by name to Topic actions->Manage collaborators

I think it is a little difficult to add collaborators in the current windows design, two couple of ideas can drastically improve the experience of this window:

• Add collaborators by their name in addition to their emails.
• Add auto-complete feature to this window, so when typing some characters the edit displays similar user names and emails underneath the edit.
