Share saved Custom Filters among agents

I love the Custom Filter/Search function in Agent view; but was surprised to find that my other Agents don't have access to the Custom Searches that I configured and saved.

Is there a way to make saved Custom Filters available to all Agents? I want them to work at maximum efficiency.

(Side note: A "Save with Replace" option would also be handy. Currently if I modify a Custom Filter it does not automatically save (good...), but I cannot save it without specifying a new name, and then deleting the obsolete Filter.
