Hi! Sergey! We apriciate your service , it is very usefull in our egov.kz project. We have a lot of twitter users who posts tweets to our twitter @egov.kz and it would be nice feature in UserEcho to convert tweets into feedbacks. Please see this link http://www.zendesk.com/product/features/twitter for some ideas.

I have two feature enhancements to request for consideration.
- Allow selection of Multiple Tweets (from the Tweet import) before creating a single merged Topic from them. Often a few Tweets on the same subject are the result of a short conversation. Currently it is necessary to import them into separate Topics and then manually merge the Topics. Would appreciate avoiding this extra step.
- Import Tweets should allow selection of target Forum for the Topic (including importing as a Ticket, instead of a Topic). Again... I guess we can currently edit/convert the Topic after importing, right?
