Is it possible to make some announcements (New releases, install instructions, common questions, etc) to be always visible at the top (like sticky mails on mailing lists).

Hi Vladimir,
I have tested your suggestion above and there is only one issue.
When posting a new sticky post, it will also be posted in the 'Latest Updates' section which shows 'all topics' as you can see in my image.
Is there a way to make the Latest updates section show all topics/posts EXCEPT 'sticky' posts?

Unfortunately I have no idea ho to do it. Logically it should be in "Last updates" if it is new topic. But I see that will be better if will have no double topic on one page.I have tested your suggestion above and there is only one issue.

1. Put on Dashboard TopicList with no header and no bottom. Set filter by tag "IMPORTANT" (for example).
2. Mark topics with tag "IMPORTANT" to see them in this TopicList.
