Customizing the tab labels...
Would be useful if we could change the name of the tabs "All | Ideas | Bugs | Questions | Thanks " to something customized we need for our purpose.

Hello for now we have tags feature that allows you, to create tags and then filter feedback according it. Also we thinking about place tag like tab feature.
I would need tab "Tips" for users giving advices to each other on how better use the product. It also won't hurt to have tab "Other" or "General" for issues not falling into any category.

At this moment admins able to create and assign different tags to feedback. UE support task tagging. After that admins and users can filter feedback using TAG filter. May be this can partially helps you.
