I was thinking it could be best left to the user to decide the names of the 4-5 tabs you offer. So these can be used as different category of question/discussion types that can be allowed in a forum.
At this moment admins able to create and assign different tags to feedback. UE support task tagging. After that admins and users can filter feedback using TAG filter. May be this can partially helps you.
And we thinking about "Display tag filter as tabs" option
I would need tab "Tips" for users giving advices to each other on how better use the product. It also won't hurt to have tab "Other" or "General" for issues not falling into any category.
