There should be an option in the user control panel settings to allow the user to manage the OpenID he connected with his UserEcho account, e.g. remove or change OpenID.

You should also support the addition of mutiple OpenID's to an account. This allows the user to be protected from being locked out of his account if his default OpenID provider discontinues their service. There are many websites out there that allow connecting multiple OpenID's to a user account.

We support linking at this moment but seems, that it not clear for the users. UE auto-links accounts with the same email if it verified. We consider about adding information to user profile with linked accounts info.

This would be really helpful! I use multiple Google and Twitter accounts, and at the time of Login it would be very convenient if I could select either Google+ or Twitter login depending on which relevant service I am currently logged into (e.g., if my Twitter is logged into as a secondary user, I would then select Google+ login, instead of having to log out of Twitter and log back into Twitter with my primary user account).

Terry, you are able to connect all available OpenIds (one per type) to one user account.

1. Sign in with new OpenId. If this ID will provide us the same email address and status of address is approved we will link it automatically.

2. If this ID has different email (or has no email at all) we will create a new account. To merge it with your current one:

2.1. Set up the same email in the new account.

2.2. Go to your general account->user settings. You will see the duplicated account in the list. Merge it in the General and your OpenId will work for your General account.
