Support Portal Themes

Portal themes help you customize your portal the way you want. We would divide the customization process into three levels:
Basic (easy)
Open your portal and in the user menu select "Customize portal". This will activate the portal customization mode.
In this mode, you can change the project colors, upload a logo, change the default text and settings. When you make changes you see the DEV portal. Your users will not see the changes until you click the "Apply changes" button.
Feel free to contact us if you need more options in basic customization.
Intermediate (medium)
If basic customization not enough for you and you know what CSS and JavaScript mean you are able to apply more customization using custom CSS styles (CSS tab in Theme) or even add changes to HEAD section of your portal by changing META data, adding custom JavaScript code, etc (HEAD tab in Theme).
To do this, go to "Project Settings -> Portal -> Templates" and use the CSS and HEAD tabs.
Advanced (hard)
If you would like to fully customize you portal and can change virtually anything using your own templates (Templates tab in Theme). Templates allow you to fully change structure of your portal and all information available to your users. To make such changes you would need to know HTML and CSS.
To do this, go to "Project Settings -> Portal -> Templates" and use the "Templates" tab.
