Is it possible to make some announcements (New releases, install instructions, common questions, etc) to be always visible at the top (like sticky mails on mailing lists).

This would be nice to have for posts like News. They should be stickied at the top even when filtered under "All".

You have one way to do it.
1. Put on Dashboard TopicList with no header and no bottom. Set filter by tag "IMPORTANT" (for example).
2. Mark topics with tag "IMPORTANT" to see them in this TopicList.

I have tested your suggestion above and there is only one issue.
When posting a new sticky post, it will also be posted in the 'Latest Updates' section which shows 'all topics' as you can see in my image.
Is there a way to make the Latest updates section show all topics/posts EXCEPT 'sticky' posts?
