User rating score calculation

To better understand which of the users of your community is most active, we implemented user ratings.
Rating (Karma) calculation based on the user's idea, comments & activity score:
Rating = Sum of the user's ideas score + (Sum of the user's comments score)/10
In addition each corresponding rating of idea or comment, halved each 6 months, this stimulate users to be more active.
